Description of the various plans

1. Free Par Claims: A payer listing with "PAR" and "NONPAR" status can be found on the side links to the left of this page or under the Getting Started Tab of the i-Plexus web site. We offer this service as a means to get you to migrate to option 2 or option 3 of our pricing plan. We are convinced that once you try our service and super-friendly web based functionality, you will readily switch over your non-participating claims over to our service. No non-participating claims will be accepted under this plan.

2. Fixed Monthly Fee: This plan offers a fixed monthly fee per provider for electronic claims of $70 a month. This plan assumes that a single provider will submit 600 (par and non-par) electronic claims or less a month. Per transaction fees of 40 cents per claim will be assessed on any claim that exceeds 600 claims per month. The fixed monthly fee per provider does get reduced as more providers are added per the schedule below:

3. Per Claim Pricing: This plan offers per transaction pricing for all claims (par and non-par) and has a minimum monthly charge of $60 a month if the total transaction volume is less than 172 claims a month. The per transaction pricing gets reduced as more volume is added per the schedule below:
